Hi everyone! Isabel here.
I wanted to share some news with you personally.
After a lot of thought, reflection, and soul-searching, we’ve decided that Sunday, November 8 will be our final day of regular weekend café/bakery service at La Bougainvillea.
It’s bittersweet, of course. We’ve created so many beautiful memories here, met wonderful people, and shared some incredible experiences.
But I’ve always believed that life is about growing, creating, and sometimes reimagining what’s possible.
And that’s exactly what we’re doing.
Now, I want to be very clear: La Boug itself is NOT closing! We’ll continue hosting private events, offering catering, and honoring all our existing commitments.
And don’t worry—you haven’t necessarily seen the last of your favorite La Boug dishes! Stay tuned for special pop-ups, familiar favorites, and a few delicious surprises along the way.
I’m also excited to explore a new vision—one that celebrates food, creativity, connection, and what I like to call the art of living.
We’re even dreaming up something called The La Boug Society. More on that soon!
So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for being part of this journey.
This isn’t goodbye.
It’s simply the beginning of a new chapter.
And I can’t wait to see what we create next.
