Update on the finished basement I did last summer. Finished and decorated pictures of the basement area plus this winter I finished the stair well and built a platform at the entrance with a railing and a closet. Very pleased with the outcome of this project as are my clients.

The finished flooring in this three season porch I built was a long time in the making. My clients knew what they wanted, but finding a flooring product to match the desired outcome was the hard part. In the end we decided to just use red oak boards. I routered tongue and groove into all the boards, laid them down, counter sunk and face screwed them all and plugged the screw holes with black ash plugs. Three coats of poly later and a lot of sanding gave us this finished product. Clients are more than happy and so am I.
