We are deeply saddened to announce the loss of Robert “EZB” Fithian Jr., a beloved member of the Ashmen family and our project manager for many years.

Known for his infectious laugh, kind heart, and unwavering loyalty, Robert was a coworker, friend, uncle, and brother in the Ashmen family. Whether he was managing a project, telling jokes and stories, laughing, or lending a hand to those around him, he left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

To many, he was “EZB,” the friend who could light up any room and whose passion for music and life touched countless people. His friendships spanned decades, a testament to the incredible person he was and the love he gave so freely.

Thank you for your years of hard work, dedication, and friendship. Your legacy will live on in every project, every memory, and every member of the AshmenX family.

Rest easy. You will be deeply missed. ❤️
