Privacy, space, and a smart fence design!
These homeowners in Hainesport, NJ came to us with two goals in mind: creating more privacy while maximizing their backyard space and staying within local fence regulations.
Since this property sits on a corner lot, a 6-foot privacy fence would have needed to be set back 30 feet from the property line, significantly reducing their usable yard space.
Our solution? The best of both worlds.
We installed a 6-foot privacy fence alongside their screened-in porch to create the privacy they wanted, then transitioned to a 4-foot picket fence that could run right along the property line.
The result? A backyard that offers privacy where it matters most, without sacrificing valuable yard space.
At Fencing & Beyond, we don’t just install fences. We find solutions that work for your property.
