A leaking chimney isn’t always caused by the roof itself—many times, it’s failed or improperly installed chimney flashing.

This project involved:
🚨 Emergency tarping
💧 Removing the old flashing and the improperly installed wood
🔍 Repairing hidden water damage around the chimney base
🔨 Installing new properly sealed termination bar flashing and face metal
🏠 Leaving the homeowner with a watertight, long-lasting repair
