PROJECT PROGRESS | Paragon | Hull, MA

Aieres Group is underway at Paragon, a new mixed-use development along Nantasket Beach in Hull.

Aieres Group is supporting Dellbrook across all three of our core disciplines, bringing an integrated approach to painting, finish carpentry, and cabinetry throughout the project.

Developed by Procopio and Boston Andes Capital, Paragon will feature 132 residences, 9,300 square feet of retail space, on-site parking, public open areas, and a multimodal pathway along Nantasket Avenue. The development is designed to support year-round activity while strengthening flood protection and long-term climate resiliency along the waterfront.

We’re proud to continue our work with Dellbrook and contribute our full multi-trade capabilities to this significant project.

PROJECT COMPLETE | Cheney Homes | Grove Hall, Boston

Aieres Finishes and Aieres Millwork have completed painting and finish carpentry at Cheney Homes in partnership with NEI General Contracting.

Developed by Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation, the four-story development creates 48 affordable apartments for adults 55 and older. It also includes a first-floor community service center offering resident support and PACE services designed to help seniors remain independent in their homes.

This project brought two Aieres disciplines together during the highly visible finish phase, with both teams contributing to a consistent final result.

Aieres Finishes + Aieres Millwork are proud to contribute to the transformation of the historic former Riverbend and Ellen Bigelow Schools in Athol, MA, into a new mixed-income, intergenerational residential community.

Led by the redevelopment will preserve and repurpose the two historic school buildings while creating 53 mixed-income homes for families and seniors.

Our work continues to progress toward a Fall completion, bringing this historic campus one step closer to its next chapter and welcoming future residents.

Aieres Finishes and Aieres Millwork are proud to join and the entire team bringing new life to 210 Conant Street in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Aieres will deliver finishes, casework and finish carpentry to support the project’s next chapter.
