This one means a little more to us.

Every once in a while, you meet a client and have an opportunity to help someone during a time when they truly need it. This was one of those times.

Then we received this review.

Reading the words, “For the first time in a long time, I did not feel like I had been taken advantage of,” really hit home.

At Solid A.R.M. Solutions, we’re a small, locally owned business, and we believe there’s a big difference between simply completing a job and actually taking care of someone.

When you invite us into your home, you’re putting a lot of trust in us. We don’t take that lightly.

We explain what we’re doing. We show you what we find. We explain why we recommend what we recommend. And we treat your home with the same respect we would want someone to show our own families.

We also take seriously who we allow to represent our company. Every member of our team is vetted, and we expect professionalism, honesty, respect, and integrity from everyone wearing our name.

We may be growing, but I never want us to become the kind of company where customers turn into numbers on a schedule.

At the end of the day, the work matters—but how you treat people matters just as much.

Thank you, Tyler, for trusting our team with your home. Reviews like this remind us exactly why we do what we do.

Healthy air from our home to yours. ❤️

This homeowner had no idea there was an HVAC filter located in the crawlspace… which means it hadn’t been changed in over 18 months.

Out of sight = out of mind, but your HVAC system definitely knows it’s there. 😂

A dirty filter can restrict airflow, make your system work harder, and contribute to poor indoor air quality.

Know where ALL your filters are — especially if part of your HVAC system is hiding underneath the house.

Everybody asks me what scares me in a crawlspace…

Snakes? Nope.
Spiders? Nope.
Creepy crawlies? Don’t bother me.

THIS does. ⚡️

A 200-amp electrical line exposed, buried underneath a pile of debris, right beside standing water.

The scariest thing I run into under homes isn’t wildlife—it’s dangerous work and negligence left behind by people who should’ve known better.

This is exactly why crawlspaces need to be inspected, cleaned up, and maintained properly.

Your crawlspace may be out of sight, but it shouldn’t be out of mind. 👀

With Wi-Fi temperature and humidity monitoring, you can keep track of conditions under your home from anywhere. Review daily, weekly, and monthly trends, receive custom alerts for high humidity or low temperatures, and stay informed—even during a power outage with battery backup.

Early awareness can help you catch moisture problems before they lead to mold, wood damage, or costly repairs.

Holidays don’t stop us from taking care of our clients. 💪

While most people were enjoying the holiday, we received a call from a client whose dehumidifier was showing an error code. We made sure they were taken care of, because when you choose Solid A.R.M. Solutions, our commitment doesn’t end when the job is finished.

We back our dehumidifiers with a 5-year warranty, and we stand behind the equipment we install. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help get it resolved. No runaround. No disappearing after the sale. Just a company that takes pride in taking care of its customers.

Your crawlspace, your home, and your peace of mind matter to us—whether it’s a Monday morning or a holiday weekend.

Not every hero wears a cape. Some wear a Tyvek suit and rubber boots. 💩

This basement had approximately 12 inches of sewage-contaminated water when we arrived. This wasn’t just water extraction—it required proper Category 3 sewage-loss cleanup procedures to protect the occupants and our crew.

Our team followed professional remediation and restoration practices, including sewage extraction, proper PPE, removal of contaminated materials, cleaning and disinfecting affected surfaces, air-quality control, and professional drying and dehumidification.

Sewage water can contain harmful bacteria, viruses, and other contaminants. When dealing with a Category 3 loss, how you clean it matters just as much as getting the water out.

Crawlspace friends!

07/22/2026

Most homeowners never look in their crawlspace… until it’s too late.

When humidity gets too high, your ductwork begins to sweat. That moisture can lead to rust, mold growth, poor HVAC performance, higher energy bills, and costly repairs—or even premature system replacement.

The good news? The solution is often much less expensive than replacing your HVAC system.

At Solid A.R.M. Solutions, we identify the source of the moisture and provide permanent solutions to help protect your home, your indoor air quality, and your HVAC investment.

“👀 ‘There’s no mold down there.’ We hear that all the time… until we inspect it.

This crawlspace looked fine at first glance, but with the proper inspection equipment and specialized lighting, hidden microbial growth was easy to identify.

Not everything can be seen with the naked eye. That’s why hiring a trained inspector with the right tools matters. A quick look isn’t an inspection.

If you’re dealing with musty odors, moisture, or just want peace of mind, have it inspected by someone who knows what to look for.
