🔨 The new layout is really starting to come together!

The walls are up, the new rooms are taking shape, and we’re finally getting a good look at how everything is going to come together!

Still plenty of work ahead but it’s nice to see the progress after all the demolition, plumbing, and framing.

One step closer to giving this place a whole new look!

Making some good progress on this renovation!

The new walls are starting to take shape and you can finally get a feel for the new layout. We’re finishing up the new water lines, adding insulation beneath the subfloor, and the new tub is going in today.

Still plenty to do, but it’s coming together one step at a time. Stay tuned for more progress!

🔨 Operation Trailer Transformation is officially taking shape!

We’ve run all new PEX water lines underneath the trailer, replaced the damaged subfloor, removed a few walls, and started framing out the brand-new layout.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but it’s already starting to come together. This place is going to look great when we’re finished!

Stay tuned — a lot more transformation is coming! 🏠🛠️

And so it begins! 🔨🏠

Demo day on the first bathroom of our latest project! We stripped this one down and got it ready for a complete transformation.

But this bathroom is just the beginning — Stillwagon Services will be renovating this entire home, and there’s a LOT more to come.

We’ll be sharing the progress along the way, from demolition to the finishing touches. Stay tuned… this place is going to look a whole lot different when we’re done!

We had a few extra supervisors on this job… four legs, wagging tails, and absolutely no interest in carrying lumber. 😂🐾

Stillwagon Services recently tore down an old barn for Sonia’s Sanctuary Animal Rescue. We donated the work because we appreciate their mission and wanted to lend a hand to the people doing so much for these animals. ❤️

If you’re looking to adopt farm animals, Sonia’s Sanctuary Animal Rescue has horses, pigs, mules, chickens, peacocks, and so much more—including one very special guard turkey who takes barnyard security VERY seriously. 🦃😂

Please look them up and support them however you can. Whether that’s adopting, donating, volunteering, or simply sharing their page, it all helps.

These animals needed support, and Sonia and her crew answered the call. We’re glad we could play a small part.

Check out the before and after photos—and the furry inspection crew! 🐾

Another one knocked out! 🔨💪

We sealed up the back of this home using a stucco repair product to help keep the weather and moisture where it belongs — outside! We also took care of some damaged concrete in the customer’s garage slab while we were there.

Sometimes it’s not about a huge renovation. It’s about fixing the problem, protecting the property, and making things look better in the process.

Happy Labor Day from Stillwagon Services! 🇺🇸

Today is about the people who get up every day and put in the work. The ones building things, fixing things, taking care of their families, helping their neighbors, and doing what needs done even when nobody is watching.

Since starting Stillwagon Services, we’ve had the chance to meet and work for some truly great people. Every phone call, every job, every recommendation and every person who has trusted us with their home or property has helped keep this little business moving forward.

We know you have plenty of choices when you need something done, and the fact that so many of you have chosen us means more than you probably realize.

So today, we just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for supporting a small local business, for telling your friends about us, and for giving us the opportunity to earn your trust.

We hope everybody gets a chance to put the tools down, enjoy the day, and spend some time with the people who matter most.

Happy Labor Day, everyone. We appreciate you. 🇺🇸

Busy day tackling a water-damaged subfloor for a customer! 🔨

We stabilized the existing floor joists and added additional support to give the floor a strong, long-lasting foundation. From there, we installed new subflooring and took care of some plumbing issues we uncovered along the way—replacing a broken pipe with Schedule 40 PVC and replacing the old Fernco couplings with properly glued PVC connections.

We also installed 3/4” foam board insulation along the block wall and sealed everything up to help keep out drafts and insects.

A lot accomplished in one long day, and this floor is solid again! 💪

Stay tuned for our next project!

What a glow up!

We knocked out a full exterior refresh for one of our returning customers:

💦 Pressure washed the siding
🎨 Painted & re-caulked the Bilco basement doors
💡 Replaced the flood light
🪚 Built a brand-new cover for the well
🌳 Removed a massive lilac bush

It’s amazing what a little cleanup, maintenance, and attention to detail can do for a property!

Another project wrapped up and another returning customer taken care of. We truly appreciate everyone who continues to trust Stillwagon Services with their property.
