🚧 Road Work Notice 🚧
There will be several road improvements over the next month. Please be aware of workers in the area and allow extra time for your commute.
Vance Brothers will begin road work on Monday.
🛣️ Streets that will be affected include: Dogwood, Nichols, Apple/Cherry/Peach Blossom, El Terra, Fire Station, Mayer Ct., Zebra, Wilson, and Airport.
⚠️ In these areas, expect stopped traffic. Pilot cars will be directing traffic if needed.
🏦 The City Hall parking lot will be resurfaced around the Columbus Day holiday, with the goal of minimizing interference with normal business traffic.
Mainstreet Asphalt was delayed; the new start date is September 30th.
🦺 Once milling has been completed, the overlay process will continue through the following week on Shorewood Drive and Robins Circle, then move down Passover Road. A section at the end of Mace Road and Orville Road will also be improved.
👉 Shorewood Drive and Robins Circle will be closed, and traffic will be rerouted until work is complete. Passover Road will be reduced to one lane. Please plan for short delays and stay alert in these areas during the scheduled work.
