ESOP Spirit Week Was A Success!
We had an amazing week filled with fun, teamwork, and plenty of Employee-Owner pride! From Sports Day and our Scavenger Hunt to Water Medic Pride Day, Throwback to the 2000s Day, and PJ Day, our team brought the spirit all week long!
But what exactly is an ESOP? ESOP stands for Employee Stock Ownership Plan, which gives employees an opportunity to build ownership in the company they work for. At Water Medic, being employee-owned means we're all part of something bigger, working together toward a shared future and taking pride in the success we create as a team.
We wrapped up the week with an exciting raffle featuring a bunch of awesome prizes! We're proud to celebrate our amazing Employee-Owner team not just during ESOP Spirit Week, but every week!
