Last night was Fellowship Christian Academy’s annual gala, and my heart is just so full! ❤️
For the third year, I had the honor of creating the centerpieces that adorned each table for this special evening. When I was first approached about doing them again, I’ll admit I was hesitant. This year, we were going in a completely different direction with entirely dried floral arrangements, and that was definitely outside my wheelhouse!
But goodness, am I thankful I said YES!
Sometimes stepping outside of what we know and getting a little uncomfortable leads to something truly beautiful. I’m so grateful I was trusted with this vision and given the opportunity to bring it to life.
Fellowship Christian Academy will always hold such a special place in my heart. Not only am I a parent there, but I also have the privilege of being the school librarian. I absolutely love this school, the people who pour into it, and the children we get to love on every single day.
To be even a small part of such a meaningful evening is an incredible blessing. Watching people come together, generously give, and invest in the lives of these children is something so powerful. It’s a beautiful reminder of what happens when a community believes in a school and its mission.
Thank you, FCA, for trusting Wildflowers on the Farm for the third year. It was an honor to play a small part in such a beautiful night.
And here’s to saying YES to things that stretch us a little!
