PLS READ FOR MY MURAL BUSINESS AND MY HUSBANDS BUSINESS 🙏🙏

I've have had a large amount of inquiries on my mural process in the past few months that have ended in "I will want you to paint after my one year mark on my new build." Now I am not pretending to have all the info on what these warranties are about, but I do know a lot of people are needing things to be fixed by their builders within the time frame and THENNN I am able to come to do my job, which is adding the decorations and pizazz....

BUTTT I do know the man you should absolutely be hiring to make sure your investment (home) was done correctly and is protected! (Whether it's an inspection before you buy, or coming up on your one year mark since there are so many new builds I'm seeing and painting in.)

My husband Austin Bol is the absolute best at what he does. Above ALL, he cares about what is God honoring, what is righteous and what is best for his clients. When you ask my husband to do an inspection, I promise what you are really getting is someone who is looking at this home as a father, a husband and a protector. (Queue the first pic I posted--his heart is for families like his own 🥰)

As the wife of the home inspector who has heard all kinds of things...
There is a huge difference between the inspector that will go overboard and write down trivial things in a way that is deal killing jargon and overly dramatic, when in reality, there was a simple fix.
ANDDDD
My husband, Austin. This man is dealing with facts. He will give you a detailed report of what he sees, he will also have photos to support his findings. No extra fluff, but he will make sure you know what you're investing your hard earned money into!

Ok that's all from the girl who adds the finishing touches. Get yourself an inspector that will protect all your finishing touches from the start! ❤️ Make sure your real estate agent has good character too, everything will domino effect from that! 😉🫶

I painted for the coolest girlies ever yesterday and today! It was a joy to see into their lives, all their interests, treasures, and how individual God made each of them!
Maigan, you're the coolest mom, and your house was perfectly paced with what I'm used to over here in Bol landia!🫶 Don't ever doubt that the Lord made you for the role of nurturing and loving all the bold personalities in your house. Your children will be leaders, I'm sure of it! 💐 I could see sparkles of you in each of them!

I LOVEEEE PAINTING NURSERIES!
Nothing beats painting for a sweet baby girl to come! 🥰 I love putting details into a space that will be LIVED IN! It's a joy to think about how much this wall will be looked at between mama in the early morning hours nursing or when baby wakes up and looks around. 🥹💐 Thanks for letting me add to your lives!

I know this is nearly NO ONE'S cup of tea, and I love that for all of us! How cool is it that God created everyone so uniquely?
If you're someone that is thinking "her house makes my eyes bleed," I promise I can paint something for you that is your style! 😜 A great example would be that little wall I'm working on in my pantry... how cool would that be with two textures? or tan and cream? 😍
I want you to think past what I create for myself. 🫶🥰
