A little of the rainbow chard has come back to life... Add a little dill from the hydroponics... A pat of butter... For a garden fresh snack! 😋

Pepper palooza. Pulled all the peppers before the frost.

Froze chopped green pepper,
Made stuffed peppers or dinner
Stuffed pepper soup for later
Pepper jelly
Ancho chili powder
Jalapeno salt
Pepper relish... And I still have a bunch of peppers left and my fingers are on fire despite wearing gloves..

Hey. Found my lemon balm!
It has been a really busy summer. The garden in the back did not get the attention it deserved.. August swallowed a lot of plants. Now I am on a treasure hunt! 🪎🪏⛏️

We are at Greene County Farmers Market today with fresh herbs, dried herbs and herb blends. Make dinner extra delicious!!

These are both Oregano. Can you guess which is grocery store and which was harvested in July 2026?
You will taste the difference..

Do you know what's in your spices? Do you know when they were harvested? Ours were harvested in July August and September, 2026!
Dried to preserve color and flavor!

Basil. Greek oregano
Smoked paprika. Thai chili peppers
Onion powder. Rosemary Herb Salt
Basil salt

quantities are limited.

Look for us at the Greene County Farmers Market on Saturday Aug 29th. We have dried herbs, (all harvested and dried with the past month.)
Thai chili peppers dried
Onion powder
Basil
Herb salts
Smoked paprika!

We will have fresh basil, Thai basil, parsley, and thyme and rosemary that will be harvested that morning. 🌿
