Cotton Home Services is actively hiring individuals available to begin immediately for flexible, as-needed handyman and property maintenance work in Northwest Arkansas.

We are looking for two types of applicants:

Experienced 1099 Contractors
Must have broad home maintenance experience, own tools, reliable transportation, and general liability insurance. Work is offered project-by-project as needs arise.

Maintenance Technician Assistants
For individuals who may not currently carry insurance but have hands-on experience, basic handyman skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and assist on projects.
