CALLING ALL BBQ PITMASTERS!

When Pigs Fly Indoor BBQ Bash is back on February 6, 2027 at the Show Me Center in Cape Girardeau, MO, and we’re gearing up for our BIGGEST YEAR YET!!

BIG NEWS!! BBQ Team Applications are officially OPEN!

We’re turning up the heat for 2027 and expanding from 10 to 12 BBQ competition teams! That means MORE teams, MORE competition, and a whole lot of BBQ!

And the best part? It’s all for a great cause! A portion of the proceeds will benefit Badges Give Back, helping support first responders and their families during times of need. What’s better than bringing the BBQ community together to do what we love while giving back?!

Think your team has what it takes? Now’s your chance to be part of the action!

APPLY NOW using the link below or head over to smokinbrothers.com and visit our event page!

We’ll be selecting our teams in the upcoming weeks, so don’t wait to get those applications in!

A little rib experimenting on the Gateway Drum Smoker!

Shoutout to 📸:10 in The Pit BBQ for putting this cook to the test! Trying out the heat deflector without a water pan, and the results speak for themselves!

With Heath Riles BBQ Competition Rub and Butter Bath, finished off with Blues Hog Champions Blend sauce, these ribs are looking GOOD!🔥

And we're off to TALLADEGA!

Made a quick stop to see one of our fantastic dealers (shoutout to Keith and Angie at Pools, Patios and Home Furnishings!) to pick up the custom Blues Hog Shack!

Looking forward to a great weekend cooking alongside our friends at Blues Hog!

Talladega, here we come! LET'S GO!🏁🔥
