We’re proud of how this fence project turned out!

This wasn’t your everyday fence installation. We installed 12-inch composite decking boards onto an existing metal framework, with each board requiring careful pre-drilling and countersinking. It was a labor-intensive project, but taking the time to get the details right made all the difference.

🚨 MEET THE CREW — RYDDR 🚨

We’ve got a new guy on the First Due crew! And while he’s only been with us for one week, he’s definitely not new to hard work. 😂

Meet Ryddr Grosstephan, our newest Laborer! 👋

🔨 Role: Laborer
🚨 With First Due: 1 week
🛠️ Experience: Years of construction experience ranging from concrete, framing, roofing, and plenty in between.

Ryddr is also a new firefighter/EMT with our part-time fire department, so he’s getting plenty of experience learning how to work hard, stay busy, and apparently keep up with the boss man. 😂🚒

Favorite part of the job?
The boss man, Tristan. 😉😂

Favorite type of project?
Hanging fence!

Favorite tool?
The impact driver. 🔨

Fun fact:
You’ll almost always catch Ryddr on a motorcycle. 🏍️

When he’s not working, you’ll probably find him riding motorcycles or spending as much time as possible with his family. ❤️

NEW PROJECT STARTED!

We kicked off another fence project yesterday, and we’re already seeing this backyard start to transform.

The existing metal framework is getting a fresh new look with new privacy boards.

We’re back at it today to finish it up. Stay tuned for the final result!

Honestly, we’re not sure if that’s a skill we should encourage… but she’s really good at it.

When she’s not keeping the First Due crew on their toes, Zaylee enjoys playing with her friends and being a kid.

She gets to spend time with her stepdad and her mom while getting to be what she considers the most important position in the company…

First Due is Ryker’s first experience in the working world, and he’s already getting the chance to learn new skills, work with his hands, and see what it takes to turn an idea into something real.

Ryker is really good with electronics and wiring, so when something needs a little electrical troubleshooting, he’s our guy! ⚡
