At Tristate Stoneworks, we believe the best partnerships are built over time. We’ve had the privilege of working side by side with Mont Surfaces for the past 7 years, and we’re proud to call them a valued partner in our business.

Mont Surfaces, originally established as Mont Granite, Inc., was founded in 1988 by Dinesh Bafna out of a small warehouse on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio. What started with a mission to make premium natural stone more accessible has grown into a family-owned wholesale supplier with multiple divisions throughout the Midwest.

For us, it’s more than just receiving beautiful slabs—it’s about the people, the relationships, and the trust built along the way.

Seven years of working together, loading trucks, moving slabs, and bringing incredible stone to our customers. We’re grateful for the partnership and look forward to many more years to come.

Scott Martin | Tristate Stoneworks

Scott’s journey in the countertop industry began working alongside his father, learning the trade of laminate and solid surface countertops. In 2017, he took the next step and opened Tristate Stoneworks, specializing in granite and quartz countertops.

Today, Scott brings that experience and dedication to every project. From performing laser measurements to overseeing his team, he takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship and making sure every detail matters.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Scott’s knowledge, leadership, and commitment to quality help make Tristate Stoneworks what it is today.
