Don't be afraid to pivot. When I'm quiet on social media it's usually because I'm going non-stop in real life. We recently wrapped up a full renovation flip and it's under contract 🙌🏽 and completed framing the basement of another reno already in progress. AND... *drumroll* ...I'm super excited to share that last week we broke ground on two (of four) new construction homes that my husband and I have been working hard behind the scenes to bring to life. I've learned a lot about the real estate development process and ready to tackle this new challenge of designing and outfitting these homes. Here, I have found such a supportive online community so I will try to do better with sharing more of our journey and overcome my perfectionist hang-ups around content. Y'all 🙏🏽 for me. 😊
