We’ve been a little quiet on here lately, but that’s only because we’ve been busy doing what we love—building and remodeling for our amazing clients!

We also wanted to remind everyone that we have a brand-new construction home coming up in Shelby that’s scheduled to be completed in about 2 months.

If you’ve been thinking about buying a new home, now is the time to reach out before it’s finished. We’d love to tell you more and help you make it yours.

🏠 BEFORE & AFTER ROOF REPLACEMENT

During our initial inspection, we noticed signs of roof damage from the ground. Once the existing shingles were removed, additional deteriorated roof decking was discovered that needed to be replaced before a new roof could be installed properly.

Our team removed the damaged materials, replaced the affected decking, and installed a new roofing system to help protect the home for years to come.

We appreciate the opportunity to work with homeowners who trust us to provide honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and timely service.

Thank you for choosing Lyon Construction Group.

Before & after on this covered patio project.

Unfortunately, the homeowner had already spent a lot of money with another contractor before we got involved. Once we came in, we immediately noticed several issues that were not done correctly and needed to be addressed properly. We worked through the corrections, got everything brought back up to standard, and went back through inspections the right way. Thankfully, everything went smooth from there.

We hate that the customer was not treated fairly the first time around, but we’re thankful they trusted Lyon Construction Group to step in and get it handled correctly.

At the end of the day, doing things the right way matters. Licensed. Insured. Professional.
