Meet Mike Kreh, a Sales Associate at our Crozet store with over 25 years of experience in the building industry.
Mike has worked both in the field and in outside sales, including time with Cardinal at Lake Anna, before making the move to the sales counter in Crozet. These days, he stays busy helping walk-in customers, answering calls, managing special orders, and working through larger projects.
His approach to customer service is simple: be honest, keep your word, and treat every project like it were your own. Mike says that old-school customer service and taking the time to understand what a customer really needs are still some of the most important parts of the job.
Outside of Cardinal, Mike spends his time DJing events, running sound for bands, and enjoying time with friends and family.
