A softer approach to luxury, inspired by the relaxed pace of life in Naples, Florida.

For the primary suite of this newly constructed residence, we wanted to create a space that feels sophisticated yet completely at ease with its surroundings. A palette of soft neutrals, layered textures, and subtle patterns brings warmth and depth to the room, while the soaring ceilings and expansive windows allow the architecture and waterfront views to take center stage.

The result is a bedroom that feels open and airy without sacrificing the intimacy and comfort of a private retreat.

Creating spaces with purpose is just as important as making them beautiful.

As part of a full gut renovation of this Lakeview residence, we transformed a large, undefined basement space into a dedicated mudroom, giving the family a proper sense of arrival when entering from the garage.

Custom cabinetry provides plenty of storage for everything from coats and backpacks to sports equipment, while patterned tile, tailored upholstery, and brass details bring personality to a hardworking space.

A thoughtful balance of function and design that makes everyday family life a little easier.

A little drama never hurt a room.

For this Chicago showhouse, we embraced bold color, rich textures, and unexpected combinations to create a space that feels both intimate and expressive. Deep teal lacquered walls set the stage, while plum velvet, an antique red cabinet, and a vibrant floral ceiling bring layers of contrast and personality.

It's a room where every element has a strong point of view, but nothing competes for attention. The beauty is in how it all comes together.

A grand entrance, designed from the ground up.

This entry is a glimpse into the design language carried throughout this entire home. As part of a major renovation, we designed the architecture and interiors together—from the sweeping staircase and custom ironwork to the millwork, Venetian plaster, and stone.

The goal was formal but approachable, layering architectural details with tailored furnishings, found pieces, and artwork selected specifically for the home.

Considered, collected, and meant to be lived in.

A strong material palette can give a workspace a sense of depth, character, and permanence.

This richly layered office embraces dark wood from floor to ceiling, carrying the material across the flooring, custom desk, and built-in cabinetry. The consistent use of wood creates a cohesive environment that feels warm and sophisticated, while the tailored millwork brings structure and function to the space.

The result is a refined, masculine retreat designed for focus and productivity, where craftsmanship and materiality take center stage.

A thoughtful use of color can transform the everyday experience of a space.

In this Kayenta, Utah kitchen, soft pink tones bring warmth and personality to the design while maintaining a refined, sophisticated feel. Clean lines and carefully considered finishes allow the color to take center stage without overwhelming the space, creating a kitchen that feels both distinctive and inviting.

The result is a fresh interpretation of the kitchen—where functionality meets an unexpected palette, proving that practical spaces can also be an expression of character and individuality.

A well-designed workspace can make room for both productivity and pause.

In this Lake Winnipesaukee office, custom built-ins provide thoughtful storage while framing a cozy reading nook tucked beside the window. The built-in bench creates a quiet place to step away from the desk, settle in, and take in the surrounding landscape.

By integrating storage and seating into the architecture, the space feels intentional and cohesive without sacrificing comfort. Every element has a purpose, creating an office that supports both focused work and moments of retreat.

A serene palette can create a bedroom that feels both restful and refined.

In this Division Street bedroom, soft neutrals and light gray tones are layered with subtle green accents to bring a sense of calm and connection to nature. The restrained palette allows texture and carefully selected furnishings to add depth without overwhelming the space.

The result is a tranquil retreat that feels sophisticated yet inviting, proving that a thoughtful balance of color and material can make even the quietest spaces feel distinctly personal.

The spaces between rooms can be just as thoughtfully designed as the rooms themselves.

In this Barrington Hills home, a refined butler's pantry creates a seamless transition into the formal dining room. A neutral palette, custom cabinetry, and generous countertop provide a clean and functional foundation while maintaining the understated elegance of the surrounding spaces.

Designed to support both everyday use and entertaining, the pantry offers practical storage and preparation space without interrupting the visual flow into the dining room. Every detail is intentionally integrated to make the transition between function and formal living feel effortless.
