Now Hiring: Snow Removal Team Members – Snowblower, Plow Truck & Skid Steer Operators.

Skyline Exteriors is building its winter crew for the 2026–2027 season. Based out of our Skokie, IL headquarters, our team keeps commercial and residential properties clear and safe during snow events across Chicago's North Shore and Northwest Suburbs.

Position Highlights:
• $26.94–$32.45 per hour
• Full-time, with day, night, overnight, and weekend shifts as needed
• Strong performers may join our year-round Landscape Team after winter

Responsibilities:
Team members operate snowblowers, plow trucks, or skid steers to clear lots, drive lanes, sidewalks, and entrances. The role also includes applying salt, following route plans, and inspecting equipment before each shift.

Qualifications:
Applicants must be 18 or older, hold a valid driver's license, and be available whenever snow events happen, including holidays. Prior snow removal experience is a plus.

Now Hiring: Hardscape Design & Build Team Member.

Skyline Exteriors is seeking an experienced Hardscape Design & Build Team Member to join our team in Skokie, IL. In this role, you will help create high-end outdoor spaces for residential, commercial, HOA, and municipal clients across Chicago's North Side and Northwest Suburbs.

Position Highlights:
• $25–$35 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time, Monday through Friday (seasonal, with potential for year-round work)
• Clear advancement paths to Crew Lead, Hardscape Project Lead, and Field Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, pavers, and natural stone, as well as supporting demolition, exterior remodeling, landscape lighting, and planting.

Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least two years of hardscape installation experience and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
