🍫🧁 Happy National Chocolate Cupcake Day from N***y’s Kitchen! 🧁🍫

Well, you didn’t think I was going to let a day like THIS go by without celebrating, did you?! 🤣❤️

Today’s little kitchen creation…

🤎 N***y’s Salted Caramel Mocha Cupcakes with Whipped Espresso Mascarpone Frosting! 🤌🇮🇹

Rich, moist dark chocolate mocha cupcakes with a surprise homemade salted caramel center, topped with clouds of light, fluffy espresso mascarpone frosting, a drizzle of caramel, and a sprinkle of sea salt!

And yes… I doubled the frosting recipe because, well, there’s no such thing as too much frosting! 🤣🤣

Everything made from scratch, right down to that gooey salted caramel! ❤️

Sometimes a little indulgence is exactly what a Sunday calls for!

💕 Now tell me… are you a frosting-first person, or do you save the best bite for last? 🧁

🍂🥣 SOUPTOBER CONTINUES AT NINNY’S KITCHEN!

Tonight’s creation… Rich & Velvety Monte Cristo Soup! 😍

Everything we love about a classic Monte Cristo sandwich, transformed into a warm, comforting bowl of deliciousness!

Tender ham and turkey swimming in a rich, creamy blend of Swiss, Gruyère, and cheddar cheeses, with a little Dijon for that perfect savory flavor.

Topped with homemade croutons made from leftover rustic Italian bread (Waste Not, Want Not! 😉), a delicate drizzle of warm raspberry preserves, and fresh parsley.

That little touch of sweetness with all that savory goodness? OH MY GOODNESS! 🤤❤️

Another delicious addition to our Souptober lineup, and this one is definitely a keeper!

💕 Easy Peasy, From Scratch!

🍓 Now I’m curious… Have you ever had a Monte Cristo sandwich? Would you try it as a soup?

🍝🇮🇹 NATIONAL PASTA DAY — NINNY’S KITCHEN STYLE! ❤️

Well, once I discovered what today was, you KNOW I couldn’t let it go by without making something! 🤣🤷‍♀️

Good thing I had some leftover homemade pasta dough tucked away in the freezer!

A little rolling and slicing, a simple homemade Alfredo sauce, some Italian-seasoned chicken and steamed broccoli… and dinner was served! 🍝❤️

Rich, creamy, cheesy, and absolutely delicious! 😋

And judging by the fact that the King polished off TWO plates AND half of mine… I’d say it was a success! 👑🤣

Let me know if you’d like me to share the recipe card so you can give it a try in your own kitchen! ❤️

🐞 N***y’s Little Tip: Not a broccoli fan? Try asparagus instead! A little fresh lemon zest would be delicious, too!
