A staircase that lets the light through. ✨

This vertical cable rail replaced the bulky closed railing that used to box in these stairs β€” and the whole entry feels twice as open now. But cable rail only works when it's done right: every cable tensioned evenly, anchored solid top and bottom, and spaced to code so nothing β€” and no little climber β€” can slip through.

The stained wood treads against the deep blue stringer do the rest. Modern, safe, and zero visual bulk.

A floor this flat isn't luck β€” it's a system. 🎯

These are large-format marble-look tiles going down on a bathroom floor, and every yellow piece you see is part of a leveling system that locks each tile flush with its neighbor while the mortar sets. That's how you avoid lippage β€” those raised edges you feel barefoot and see every time the light hits the floor.

The suction cups matter too: big tiles get lifted and re-set without chipping corners, so coverage underneath stays full. Rushed floors crack and sound hollow. This one won't.

That little box in the wall makes or breaks a shower. 🚿

It's a niche β€” the shelf for your shampoo β€” and building one means cutting a hole in your waterproofing. See the red membrane carried right into it? That's the whole point: the niche gets waterproofed too, and it needs a slight slope so water drains OUT instead of pooling in the corners.

A flat, unsealed niche becomes a slow leak hiding behind pretty tile. Looks fine on day one, gets expensive by year two.

Planning a bathroom remodel? We waterproof before we make it pretty. Free estimate β€” send us a message today.

Those little yellow wheels are doing a BIG job. 🎯

They're leveling clips, and on large-format shower tile they're the difference between a flat, professional wall and lippage β€” those raised edges you feel with your hand and catch every time the light hits the tile.

Look at the sequence here: marble-look tile going up in a planned pattern, shower pan already set, and cement board down on the floor before its tile goes in. Order and patience beat rushing to grout day, every single time.

Planning a bathroom remodel? We do it in the right order, start to finish. Free estimate β€” send us a message today.

That bright red wall is the most important part of this shower β€” and you'll never see it again. 🚿

It's waterproofing membrane, rolled over the backer board and packed into the niche before a single tile goes up. The right wall is already tiled, and those yellow wheels are leveling clips keeping every large-format tile dead flat while the mortar sets β€” no lippage, no sharp edges.

Truth about showers: tile and grout are NOT waterproof. Water gets behind them every time. The membrane is what stops it from rotting your framing. Skip it and the prettiest shower becomes a mold farm in three years.

We waterproof first, tile second. Bathroom on your list? Free estimate β€” send us a message today.

Light wood, flat fronts, zero visual noise. ✨

This showroom kitchen is a planning lesson we use with clients: full-width drawers below beat door cabinets every time β€” pots come to you instead of you digging in the dark β€” open cubbies up top break up the wall of doors, and one clean white top ties the whole run together.

Before you order anything, stand in front of the real thing. Pull every drawer, check the alignment, feel the finish. Photos hide wobbles. Your hands don't.

That farmhouse sink is not sitting there by luck β€” it goes in BEFORE the countertop, and it has to be built for. 🚰

An apron-front sink like this one is heavy on its own, and filled with water and dishes it can pass 150 pounds. It needs a reinforced cabinet frame under it, dead level, or the seams open up and the sink slowly pulls away from the stone.

Sequence matters too: sink set first, then the countertop gets templated and cut AROUND it. Do it backwards and you are paying for a second slab cut β€” or living with ugly gaps forever.

No countertops yet β€” and that is exactly right. πŸ‘€

This is the moment most people never see: cabinets in and dead level, range and ovens set, hood up. NOW the countertop template gets made β€” not before. Every measurement is taken off the finished cabinets and the actual appliances, because if one cabinet moves after templating, the stone gets cut wrong and everybody pays for it twice.

Sequence is not a detail in a kitchen remodel. It IS the remodel: cabinets first, template second, stone third, floors protected through all of it.

Before the drywall, before the paint, before anyone says wow β€” there is this. Framing is the skeleton of your remodel, and everything you see later depends on it being dead straight.

What you are looking at: studs set 16 inches on center, walls plumb and square against the foundation, bottom plates anchored to the slab. Get this wrong and drywall waves, doors stick, tile cracks β€” and you pay to fix the pretty stuff twice.

A cheap crew rushes framing because nobody sees it. We do not. The work you never see is the work that lasts.
