We are a local small business with over 18 years of experience in the generator industry.

Servicing any brand or model of generator in both residential and industrial markets. We also sell and install Kohler, Generac, Cummins, Briggs, and Champion.

We are excited to have welcomed our newest employee this week, David Bosse! Dave has a lot of related installation experience and is great at mechanical work. His expertise is going to be a major help!

Our team has done a wonderful job trying to keep up with this HUGE demand! We are trying our best to maintain our current customers, installing new systems, and keep up with the surge in demand. For reference we have added over 60 customers, have had over 200 install leads, and have had a lot of approved quotes. While we would love to build our team to accommodate this type of demand but we also have to be realistic for the slow times as well. The future is bright and we are building in the best way we can, GREAT JOB TEAM!

We are thrilled to say that we have a new tech starting in the next couple weeks! He will bring some much needed support to our install side in the immediate term and long term for the maintenance side as well. We are still trying to catch up from the storm surge but we are making moves to mitigate some of this in the future. We are very fortunate to have great people already and look forward to a very bright future!

We just got a truck load of 20KW and 26KW Kohler generators delivered! Normally we pick up our generators from our local wholesaler but with storm demand being so high we decided to get a direct order. We are the trying our best to get caught up but we are still receiving very high demand! If we haven't reached out to you yet, we are trying our best. It's impossible to be prepared for this much of a surge in interest. I am hopefully to be adding to our team in the coming weeks, which will help! Thank you all so much for the support and opportunity!

Big thanks to Kevin at Wholesale Tire Mart for getting our new shop dressed up to match our service trucks! We will be seeing more of them in the coming months as we look to grow out team and get a few more service vehicles.

The storms in the 11th have created a very large demand in our business. Unfortunately, we still have a lot of customers we have not been able to get back with. Please know that we are trying our best, working late and working weekends to try to catch up. If we haven't reached out please be patient and we will get with you as soon as we can.

Just for a point of reference we have had well over 100 leads from Kohler alone. The average call is taking anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on questions. So it can take a long time to get through the calls, let alone actually performing site visits and maintaining or other work loads.

This has been the craziest week we have had. Monday started normal and ended with us getting a new shop! We are almost doubling our square footage and adding an actual office space. Then the storms came and have wrecked us with calls. We have had over 200 phone calls since, more than 50 leads from manufacturers, and even more from our website! We are busting out the move this weekend while still fielding calls and working on our quotes. If we haven't gotten back to you yet, please know we are working our hardest to get setup so we can properly attend to you. Thank you everyone for your support and patience!!!

I just want to let everyone know that we are working to get back to everyone who has reached out for install quotes and service. I received over 60 phone calls so far today and many more emails and leads from the manufacturers. We appreciate your patience and look forward to working with you!

We had a great time last night at the Reds game in the Iheart media suite. Even better capping it off with an exciting Reds come from behind win! This year has been VERY busy so it was a much needed outing for all of us. We will be growing this year to be able to keep up! Thank you to everyone who has trusted us with their generator needs!!

Over the last couple weeks load banks have been a MAJOR source of stress for us. Rental companies have been low on inventory due to data center and solar farm usage. Now we have purchased 3 additional load banks a 1000KW, a 500KW, and a second 100KW. This means we now have added capabilities in a moments notice, reduced expense in rental fees, and reduced time in dealing with rental companies. With a total of 1700KW we are positioned well to be able to handle most generator testing!
