After and before…ripped out everything including the soffits…fixed everything the builder didn’t do at the beginning…rework the plumbing and ran new to match new fixtures…ran all new electrical to flat led lights and vanity light on dimmers…fixed the hvac and ran exhaust to exterior…insulation…drywall…concrete board…tile..grout…new Ariel sage green vanity with quartz top…new brushed gold fixtures..new door..trim and paint…done ✅😎 🍁

After…before…during…protected everything…demoed all existing including removing the soffits over the vanity and shower…fixed the framing…ran all new plumbing…electrical…hvac…actually vented the exhaust van to the exterior…changed the lighting layout with canlights and vanity lights all on dimmers…insulation…drywall…concrete board…kerdi…custom pan…tile..grout…ariel vanity and linen cabinet…trim..and all the finishes…done ✅ 🍁 😎

Removed old melamine wall system that was in place…took measurements and created drawings for client approval…fabricated two base cabinets with full extension drawers and two doors with shelf…a solid counter top…and two upper bookcase units with full adjustable solid wood shelving with aprons front and back to hold significant weight over a 49” span…installed…puttied sanded caulked…primed..painted…reassembled…Emtek k***s and pulls…done ✅😎🍁☺️

This was a challenge…build a custom hall tree that goes from a corner to a radius wall…(that was also 1-7/8” out of level top to bottom)…made a template…custom fabricated the base and Hevea top….installed…made a second template to make the solid back panel to fit perfectly into the curve and match the out of level wall…installed…made a third template to fabricate the solid upper cabinet…installed…puttied…sanded…painted…stained…urethaned…installed finish hardware…done ✅🍁😎😊

Fairly simple thing….homeowners took the gate from their previous home and asked to mount it across the laundry room to use as a dog 🐶 gate….fabricated a mounting block and block to mount latch system…hung and painted ready to keep Ruby locked up tight 🍁😎☺️

Simple tedious project…siding was rotten at the bottom and causing slight damage underneath…removed all the siding…replaced the bottom 15” of OSB with plywood…installed new 20 gauge drip cap…vinyl starter for offset…covered top to bottom in house wrap and sealed…installed hardie siding with a 6-7/8” reveal and installed 6” aluminum flashing at seams…caulked edges ready to paint 🎨 done ✅ 🍁 😎

Ripped out an existing fence and gate on opposite side of house…sunk new posts and concreted in…new horizontals and all new pickets…anchored gate next to drive gate to protrusion of fence so actually functioned properly…built new gate on side of house with new latch system…then built a level platform on a very unlevel surface for a hot tub so that the IBC’s can go live 😊 done ✅ 🍁 😎

I don’t normally do this….and it’s not uncommon to run across things that are unexpected…but these three videos were just too…holy crap all on the same job not to share….and put some context and appreciation into what it started as to where it finished 😊
