Last week of Window Covering Safety Month, so let's make it count. ⏱️
This one doesn't need us. It needs 60 seconds and a walk through the kids' rooms (or the grandkids' room, or the guest room where little ones nap).
✅ Find every cord. Pull cords, loop cords, and the thin inner cords that run through the slats.
✅ Get down to kid height. Could little hands reach it from the floor? From the bed? From the couch they love to climb?
✅ Look at the furniture. Cribs, beds and toy boxes belong away from windows, not right under them.
✅ Check the loops. Any continuous cord loop should be anchored tight to the wall or floor, not hanging free.
Everything passed? Amazing. Go hug somebody.
