The worst secret keeper ever… but she’s comin along!

Another example of using chat to help a client visualize their project! The second photo was her inspiration. But she didn’t want the bench, wanted it tall enough for wisteria to grow and stained. When you’re able to easily convert these changes to our exact inspiration it can just “make sense” for some and they can see what their final outcome will be. This was a labor of love digging holes and setting these posts but so happy with how it turned out. Now I want to make one for my own backyard!

These little cuties are available at the shop!! Risers are perfect for your kitchen counter, bathroom or even a bookshelf. They are made from reclaimed English oak and I personally hand turned their little feetsies. 😜 These are currently available at Sprig & Spire, for now…! 🥳 Excited to share where you’ll be seeing them next!

We have seen all the same ol same ai ads, but AI has its perks. One of them being the ability to quickly visualize a space with your ideas before investing or trial and error designs. This space was empty and kind of awkward. So we asked chat what it would look like with some plant shelves and an aquarium. We loved the idea of having another place to style as well as functional for our gecko enclosure. We opt for shaker style cabinets instead of a freestanding piece of furniture to match the rest of the house. Overall I love that we have the ability to see the vision we have and use it as inspiration.

Ppl always ask for WIP pictures, but if I do remember to take one, the in betweens always make me second guess what the heck I’m doing 😂 this inlay was one of them.

This started as a piece of 1/4” maple, walnut and cherry that was laser cut then pieced together.

A stencil was made to cut out the “hole” for it to sit.

This was the part I thought I F’d up. Pouring the epoxy between the gaps had me a wreck. Plus the extremely HOT weather during this time made it less than ideal to pour.

Overall it came together

The feeling when a project is delivered. 😚👌🏼

One of the most difficult parts… not the designing. Not the building… but the photos. 😅 took a scroll down memory lane.. these just sitting in the camera roll… I was asked recently what my favorite thing to build is and I have to say, bedroom furniture. I love the statement these pieces can make to your room. I say this… while my bed is still on the box frame on the floor. 😂

🦋 Dolly Parton earned her wings in heaven, but I couldn’t help but want to embrace them earthside too. 🦋

Being a Tennessee native, it’s probably no surprise that the passing of our queen was heartbreaking. Turns out, I process my grief by painting.

The next mural for was supposed to be an end-of-summer scene… but when I got the text from my teen breaking the news, I immediately knew I HAD to change plans and pay tribute to her legacy.

It doesn’t even need to be said—this woman was iconic. Not just because of her music, talent, resilience, or ambition, but because of the way she used all of it to do so much good for others.

Her kindness. Her generosity. Her humor. Her humility. The way she gave simply because she could. She was truly the embodiment of humanity, and the kind of person I want to strive to be—not just because of what she accomplished, but because of who she chose to be along the way.

When in doubt… LIVE LIKE DOLLY. ✨

Stay humble.
Laugh loudly.
Be kind.
Let ’em doubt you… then prove ’em wrong. 😉

This was easily one of my favorite murals to create, and I hope you’ll stop by, earn your wings for a minute, snap a photo, tag , and share a little Dolly with the world. 🦋✨
