I had the pleasure of redoing another “contractors” shower floor job. Some people are just out there to make money. I want to satisfy the customer with quality work.

This pebble tiles were put down with mastic on top of the wrong membrane that was secured with drywall screws and no mortar. It was also grouted with the wrong grout on the same day the tiles were laid.

The customers were happy with their floor when I left and are taking the other contractor to court.
