Making this bathroom safer and easier to access—while staying within our customer’s budget!
We removed the existing tub and replaced it with a low-entry shower pan and easy-to-maintain acrylic walls. A practical upgrade that provides easier access, a fresh new look, and fit the customer’s budget.

This job started with the customer needing 2 posts installed so the screen contractor could install her auto screens. While we were there she asked us to change her garage door trim. After we were finished she wanted the whole house done like the doors. This will eventually get cedar impression siding.

This one required a little more than your standard deck build. Because of the garage doors below, the deck had to be engineered with cantilevered overhangs to keep the support posts out of the way and maintain full access to both garage doors.
We followed the engineered framing plan, built the structure to handle the cantilevers, then finished it off with composite decking, matching fascia, and cable railing.
A challenging design, but a great finished result—and those garage doors still have plenty of room.
