Some milestones deserve a little more than a βproject completeβ post.
Today, FCAD officially received the Certificate of Occupancy from the City of Cocoa for our new commercial development at SR 524 & I-95.
For most people, a CO is a piece of paper. In construction, it represents everything that came before it, the planning, permitting, inspections, problem-solving, long days, countless decisions, and responsibility of taking a project from an idea on paper to a finished building ready to open its doors.
This one means a lot.
FCAD was built through years of hard work, relationships, taking chances, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Watching Anthony continue to grow this company and take on projects of this scale is something worth recognizing. There are a thousand things behind the scenes that people will never see, but today is one of those moments where the result speaks for itself.
And behind every successful project is a team that shows up and gets it done. From the office to the field, FCAD has a group of people who care about the work, step up when challenges arise, and keep pushing toward the same goal. Projects like this don't happen because of one person, they happen when good leadership is backed by a team willing to put in the work.
From dirt to done.
Congratulations to Anthony, our entire FCAD team, our subcontractors, vendors, and everyone who had a hand in bringing this project across the finish line. Every inspection passed, every problem solved, every long day and every detail mattered, and this accomplishment belongs to everyone who helped make it happen.
Proud of this one. Proud of this team. And we're just getting started.
