Who says we can't offer new kitchens at the best quality and service as well as the most affordable price? Let us prove to you we can!

Our story is simple but it's taken years and years of dedication and hard work. Through decades of designing dream kitchens for people looking to upgrade the most important room in the house, and then delivering those dreams, to the delight of our clients AND on time, we were struck by the notion you can't have your cake and eat it too. Why should homeowners have to make a choice? When it comes to upgrading your kitchen, why should anyone have to pay higher prices than necessary or sacrifice quality for affordability? We offer a better solution. With our decades of experience in the cabinet industry, we've seen trends come and go. But there are some things that never change: People want quality, service and affordablility. We provide that and more, offering today's designs that will stand the test of time using today's technology. Our families are born and raised in North Idaho and so we know the area as well as the people, and we aren't planning on leaving anytime soon. So, we give you one job: DREAM it. Dream your dream kitchen and then let us take it from there by DESIGNING your dream kitchen and then DELIVERING your dream kitchen!

**CUSTOM VS. STOCK CABINETS — WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?**

There’s nothing wrong with stock cabinets. They can be a great fit for the right project.

But at 3D Cabinets By Design, we believe your home shouldn’t have to work around your cabinets. Your cabinets should work around your home.

Stock cabinets come in standard sizes and limited options.

Custom cabinets are designed around your space, your style, and the way you actually live.

More storage. Better fit. More design freedom. Fewer compromises.

We’re not just putting cabinets in a room. We’re helping bring your vision to life.

Stock is made to fit the masses. Custom is made to fit you.

🚨 CABINET MYTHBUSTERS 🚨
Myth #006 • Fact or Fiction?

🚫 MYTH: "Quartz countertops are indestructible."

BUSTED.

Quartz is tough way tougher than laminate but "indestructible" is a stretch. Set a hot pan straight off the stove on it, or let bleach sit too long, and you'll see marks you can't undo. It's a workhorse, not a superhero.

The good news? A little know how goes a long way. Use a trivet, wipe up spills before they sit, and skip the harsh cleaners and quartz will outlast most of what your kitchen throws at it.

When you're picking a countertop with us, we'll walk you through exactly what each material can (and can't) handle, no surprises after installation da!

👉 What's tripped you up with a countertop before heat, stains, or something else? Drop it below, or come talk materials with us in the showroom.

🚨 CABINET MYTHBUSTERS 🚨
Myth #05 • Fact or Fiction?

🚫 MYTH: “Cabinets are just boxes.”

BUSTED! 💥

If cabinets were just boxes, we’d grab some cardboard, throw in a shelf, and call it a kitchen. 😂

Your cabinets take on a LOT every day dishes, pots, pans, snacks, and everything else your kitchen somehow collects.

That’s why construction, materials, layout, storage, and craftsmanship matter.

And with features like soft-close doors and drawers, your cabinets aren't just built to look good they’re built to make everyday life easier.

Great cabinetry isn’t just furniture. It’s the foundation of a kitchen that works for YOU.

👇 What cabinet myth should we bust next?

And Susan… stop slamming the cabinets.
Treat your cabinets with the love and respect they deserve. They’ve been holding your snack stash together for years.

🚨 CABINET MYTHBUSTERS 🚨
Myth #004 • Fact or Fiction?

🚫 MYTH: "More cabinets always means more storage."

📦More cabinets = more storage... right?

❌ BUSTED!

Smart storage isn't about having more cabinets—it's about making every inch count.

A well-designed kitchen with:
✔️ Deep drawers
✔️ Pull-out shelves
✔️ Corner storage solutions
✔️ Built-in organizers

can provide more usable storage than a kitchen filled with extra cabinets.

At 3D Cabinets By Design, we believe function beats clutter every time.

💬 Question of the Day:
Would you rather have MORE cabinets or BETTER storage solutions? Let us know in the comments! 👇

🚫 CABINET MYTHBUSTERS
Myth #003 • Fact or Fiction?

MYTH: "Soft-close is just a luxury."

🚪 "It's just a fancy hinge... right?"

❌ BUSTED!

Soft-close hardware is much more than a premium feature—it's an investment in the longevity of your cabinetry.

Here's why:
✔️ Reduces everyday wear and tear
✔️ Protects cabinet doors and hinges
✔️ Eliminates loud slamming
✔️ Helps extend the life of your cabinets

Sometimes, the smallest upgrade makes the biggest impact.

👇 Be honest... could you ever go back to slamming cabinet doors?

🚨 CABINET MYTHBUSTERS 🚨
Myth #002 • Fact or Fiction?

🚫 MYTH: "White cabinets go out of style."

🤍 People have been calling white cabinets "done" for years now. Funny how they're still everywhere.

❌ BUSTED!

White never really leaves — it evolves. Trends swing toward warm tones or natural wood, sure, but a well-designed white kitchen doesn't age out, it just gets a new supporting cast: different hardware, different lighting, different finishes. That's the difference between "trendy" and "timeless."
