Sorry everyone these last couple months have been crazy in a good way! 🙏

I have closed 4 homes and right now under contract on two homes. 😎 Thank you to those of you that have trusted me through the process of buying and selling and those of you that are currently doing it.

Market Update! 👋
Right now in El Paso County we have 3195 single family homes for sale. 1423 of those are under 500k. 235 of those are under $350k. We have more homes on the market right now than we have in the last 10 years at one time. If you would like any other number, just let me know!

It has been a very busy last week! I had 1 listing live at only $450k with a 4.5% VA Assumable loan on it! 😮

2 closings, my listing and a buyer that is PCSing back here to Fort Carson. I love helping my fellow Army members, especially the ones I was active duty with like this one.

And 1 UNDER CONTRACT 🎉 for an Army Veteran that was finally able to get approved for a mortgage and move on from renting.
