Homegrown and Happiness

Homegrown and Happiness A small Urban Backyard Farm in the downtown area of Colorado Springs, Colorado. My name is Kellie Dodson and absolutely love my Urban backyard farm!

We have lived here for 21 years. I have 2 grown children and a wonderful son in law and am about to be a grandma. We are so very blessed. I home-schooled my two wonderful children and have learned much in the process. I have also found the Lords leading to make sure my family eats healthy. To do so, I have invested in my knowledge of foods and cooking to better serve this end. We grow our own vegetables, drink goats milk and I grind my own wheat. I also currently play mamma to a small flock of laying hens and ducks who provide us with farm fresh eggs on a daily basis. We also our loving our bees. I have created this page to share all the information with my family, friends and anyone who will find it helpful as they bless their own families. "We are open only by appointment!"

Feeling a little gitty! I just pulled all my onions that I grew, cured and are now ready for keeping.

Why choose our product?
We use double the amount of elderberries and a double most other ingredients in comparison to most recipes. We as well use a proprietary herb blend that others don't to create the best possible Elderberry syrup product.

We love our regular customers of our Elderberry Syrup ❤️👍😎

Just got done producing a double batch today to fulfill some orders and I have plenty left over. If you're interested in some of the best elderberry syrup you'll find anywhere (my sister in Michigan and myself are the only ones that have this recipe) then check it out in my earlier post so you can see what's in it and shoot me a message and we'll hook you up!

Okay I know this is not necessarily homestead related but...
Are you using fetch?
We started this several years ago at the encouragement of our daughter. We use it all the time. It's simple. You can sign up on different accounts that you have with different businesses and it will automatically search and upload your receipts. Also it will search your email for receipts as well. And lastly you can just scan a receipt in the app. 20 points minimum but sometimes you get thousands. And it's all free money when it's done. You get to transfer them to cards. We've used it for home Depot. We're just banking a lot of them for gifts for christmas. Jump on now and use my code or the link below and then we both get blessed with points!!

PLEASE WRITE A REVIEW!
If you're one of my regular elderberry customers or you've ever purchased from me, would you please give me a review? Unfortunately I had someone recently want to purchase a very large order and then they got very strange in their questioning, so I sent them elsewhere. They decided to write me a horrible review. I dislike that very much. Because you know my kind of service that I do for every one of my customers. If you have a minute, would you write a review on our page!? Greatly appreciated! Blessings!
