Spring Is Almost Here — Is Your Home Ready? 🌱

Before warmer weather and backyard BBQs arrive, now is the time to take care of exterior maintenance that protects your home and prevents costly repairs.

At Springs Maintenance, we recommend checking these key exterior items before spring:

✔ Roof & Gutters – Inspect for winter damage, loose shingles, and clogged gutters to prevent leaks and water damage.
✔ Windows & Doors – Check seals, caulking, and trim to stop drafts and moisture intrusion.
✔ Siding & Exterior Trim – Repair cracks, rot, or peeling paint before they turn into bigger problems.
✔ Decks, Fences & Railings – Tighten, repair, and replace damaged boards to get ready for outdoor season.
✔ Sprinkler & Irrigation Systems – Inspect for broken lines, leaks, and proper operation before first use.
✔ Concrete & Walkways – Look for cracks and trip hazards caused by freeze-thaw cycles.

Getting ahead of these projects now saves money and ensures your home is ready to enjoy all spring and summer long.
