The preparation work for our artificial turf is now complete, and we’re moving into the exciting part of this backyard transformation!

✅ Turf Preparation Complete – The groundwork is finished, and everything is ready for the artificial turf installation.

🌱 Plants Are Going In – Our carefully selected, lower-maintenance landscaping is starting to bring this backyard to life.

💧 Drip Irrigation – An efficient watering system designed to keep the new plants healthy while reducing maintenance.

💧 RAIN IS COMING… IS YOUR PROPERTY READY? 🌧️🍂

With fall here, winter approaching, and talk of a possible El Niño weather pattern, now is the time to make sure your property’s drainage is ready for whatever Mother Nature brings!

One of the biggest concerns we hear from homeowners when discussing drainage work is:

“How big of a mess are you going to leave in my yard?”

📸 Take a look at these BEFORE & AFTER photos!

The first photo shows us installing a drainage system. The second shows the finished product.

You can hardly tell we were even there!

At Niedergeses Landscape, we take tremendous pride in not only solving drainage problems but also protecting your property throughout the process.

We believe in overengineering our drainage systems, not cutting corners. We want to fix the problem correctly the first time and leave your property looking as close to the way we found it as possible.

✅ Professionally designed drainage solutions

✅ Quality materials and installation

✅ Attention to existing lawns and landscaping

✅ Clean, professional job sites

✅ Built with long-term performance in mind

The best drainage system is one that does its job without leaving your yard looking like a construction zone!

Don’t wait until water becomes a bigger problem this fall or winter.

🌿 RIGHT NOW, IT MAY NOT LOOK LIKE MUCH… BUT JUST WAIT! 👀

There’s a lot more going on here than meets the eye!

We’re in the middle of transforming this backyard into a beautiful, LOWER-maintenance outdoor living space.

Notice we said lower maintenance, not zero maintenance. There’s a difference, and we believe in being upfront about that!

Here’s what will make this backyard easier to enjoy:

✅ Artificial Turf – Less mowing, watering, and lawn maintenance.

✅ Drip Irrigation – Efficient watering that helps keep plants healthy.

✅ Lower-Maintenance Plants – Thoughtfully selected landscaping that looks great without demanding constant attention.

✅ Proper Preparation – Quality base materials, drainage considerations, and attention to detail beneath the finished surface.

The work you don’t see when a project is finished is often just as important as the work you do!

The goal? Less time maintaining your backyard and more time ENJOYING it!

Stay tuned for the finished product. We think you’ll be impressed!

🚛 A Fresh Look, Same Commitment to Quality! 🌳

About a year and a half ago, Niedergeses Landscape introduced our new company logo and updated branding!

Since then, we’ve been slowly but surely giving our trucks, sales vehicles, and equipment a fresh new look.

With a large amount of vehicles to update, it’s definitely a process, but we’re excited to see more and more of our vehicles sporting the new design!

While our look may be changing, our commitment to quality workmanship, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction remains the same.

Same company. Same dedication. Fresh new look!

After a lot of work and a very special renovation, my mom’s home is officially FOR SALE. 🏡

This wasn’t just another renovation project for us. After my mom passed away, we purchased her home and made the decision to completely renovate it.

The house was originally built in 1907, and throughout the renovation we wanted to be careful not to take away the character that made an older home like this so special. Our goal was to bring it back to life, preserve as much of its original charm as possible, and update it for its next owner.

My wife took on nearly all of the general contracting and put an incredible amount of time, thought, and work into every detail of this house. I’m extremely proud of how it turned out.

There are obviously a lot of memories tied to this place, so putting a FOR SALE sign in the yard is a little bittersweet. But I think Mom would be proud of what we’ve done with it.

Now this 1907 home is ready for its next chapter and a new owner to make their own memories here.

Officially FOR SALE. ❤️🏡

Please feel free to share.
