This hallway is getting a family-photo glow-up—and the gallery wall is coming together! ✨

I helped my client get these family photos custom framed, and now we’re bringing them together in a special spot in her home. Seeing favorite memories displayed this way makes a hallway feel so personal and full of life.

There’s just something about South Carolina that feels like home.

Maybe it’s the salt air, the marsh at sunset, the live oaks—or a table full of family and oysters. Whatever it is, I never get tired of finding beauty here.

I love sharing the work of South Carolina artists and seeing the places, colors, and memories they bring to life. Every artist has their own way of seeing this state, and when you get to know them and their work, it’s easy to see why I love featuring them.

Just a little reminder for the moms feeling pulled in a hundred directions today: you do not have to do every single thing perfectly.

The little moments inside our homes—the talks in the car, bedtime snuggles, and laughing around the dinner table—are what our kids will remember most. The rest can wait. 🤍

What does “good enough” look like in your house this week? Mine is probably paper plates and finding my coffee and keys in a very random place. 😂

There’s something about the end of summer that gets me every year. ☀️🌊

I used to feel so much anxiety going into summer—the change in routine, keeping everyone busy, all of it. But now that my kids are getting a little older, I find myself wishing I could slow it all down.

So many of the paintings on our website are inspired by the things I love most about summer—the South Carolina coast, sunsets, long beach days, and those little moments with my kids that I know won’t stay little forever. 🤍

Maybe that’s one of the reasons I love art so much. It has a way of holding onto a feeling, a place, and a season long after it’s passed.
