Up next in this whole-home renovation, we’re heading outside.

Just like the interior, the goal was to give this home a fresh new chapter while preserving the timeless character that makes it special.

We replaced the exterior doors and added classic brass hardware, painted the entire exterior, and completely reimagined the backyard living space. The existing sunporch was removed to make way for an expanded open-air porch, complete with a new fireplace, built-in grill area and plenty of room to gather.

We also added a detached backyard gym, creating even more functional space tailored to the way our client lives today.

A childhood home, thoughtfully transformed for the years - and memories - still to come.

Next up in our series featuring a whole-home renovation: a closet worth making room for. ✨

As part of the primary suite transformation, we built an addition specifically to create our client's dream closet...giving her the storage, organization and beautiful everyday functionality the original home simply didn’t have.

Custom built-ins, a spacious center island and thoughtful details make every inch work beautifully while feeling like a natural extension of the home she grew up in.

Sometimes honoring a home’s history also means making room for the way you live today.

Kitchen Reveal 🤍

Some renovations are about creating something new. Others are about honoring what has always felt like home.

After inheriting her childhood home from her father, our client wanted to make it her own while preserving the character and memories woven throughout it. We had the privilege of touching every space in the house, thoughtfully updating it without losing the charm she grew up with.

First up: the kitchen. ✨

Custom inset cabinetry, an oversized island, new countertops, flooring, fixtures and finishes transformed this space into a bright, timeless kitchen designed for the next chapter of this home’s story.

Because the best renovations don’t erase the past - they make room for what comes next.
