This master bathroom got a beautiful upgrade with COREtec Embra Slate tile, and the black-and-white marbled look brings a real sense of elegance to the space. COREtec Tile is a smart choice for bathrooms too; it's grout-free for easy cleaning, chip- and crack-resistant, and fully waterproof.

But what really makes this install shine is the craftsmanship, from the precise cut around the floor vent to the clean lines around the sinks and toilet. That kind of detail work is what separates a good installation from a great one, and we're proud of the team behind it. https://bit.ly/3YpJFJI

When fitness coach Sarah Gearino traded her usual workout content for a full home transformation, we were honored that she trusted Amy and our team with the carpet. We installed 2,016 square feet of You Got This II in Snowfall throughout her new home, and that soft, light color is what won her over first. It's also built to stand up to pets and came in at a price point that made sense for carpeting a whole house. Watch to see the incredible transformation. We love seeing our floors in Sarah's space! https://bit.ly/4hsdqmt

This summer we had the chance to work on Scarlet City Church, installing Shaw Contract Bisect Tile in Aggregate throughout the gathering spaces and Fresh Take LVP in Butterfly White in the high-traffic areas. A space that hosts a congregation week after week needs a floor built for real wear without losing its warmth. The carpet tile brings durability and sound dampening where people gather to worship, while the LVP holds up to heavy foot traffic and stays 100% waterproof and easy to clean. Watch the video below to see both floors in the space.

Good flooring starts long before the install crew shows up. It starts with people who listen to your budget, deliver real value, and take the time to walk through your space without rushing you into a decision. That's the kind of service JL got, and it's the same kind every homeowner gets when we come out. Thank you, JL, for the kind words below.

If you're ready for that same experience, schedule your free in-home consultation on our website and let's get started. https://bit.ly/4eMPpFt

There's always one room that lives rent-free in our heads between projects, and it's usually the floor that gives it away. Maybe it's the mudroom that gets muddier by the day, or the basement you keep saying you'll finish "this year." Tell us in the comments: what room are you circling back to this fall?

Happy National Coffee Day! ☕

In honor of the day, we're taking a look back at one of our favorite commercial installs, Hemisphere Coffee Roasters in downtown Mechanicsburg. A busy coffee shop needs floors that can handle the daily grind (pun intended) without losing the warm, welcoming feel that keeps people coming back.

Projects like this are some of our favorites! With one local, small business helping another local, small business bring their space to life.

Today's is all about warm minimalism, the biggest shift in home design this fall. ✨

We started with Retro Revival from COREtec in Autumn Oak as the foundation, then layered in a chunky boucle throw, a ribbed ceramic vase in warm mahogany, a single sculptural dried branch, and brass hardware accents for warmth. A stack of books or a woven basket rounds it all out with texture.

Simple, warm, and nothing overdone.

Tell us which room you'd bring this look into; drop it in the comments.

Big purchases come with big decisions, and we know that can feel like a lot.

Michaele felt that way going in, but our whole team came together to make the process smooth from start to finish, so she could focus on the outcome instead of the stress. The result: real peace of mind and a floor she loves. Read the full review below. 👇

Thank you, Michaele, for trusting us with something this important.
