Best ballroom we saw this week wasn’t on ABC. They wanted a place for friends to come over and dance. Now they have one!

Happy 1-Year Anniversary, Deanne!!🎉

As a Basement Specialist for our waterproofing team, Deanne helps Michigan homeowners figure out what's really going on in their basements and what it will take to keep them dry for good. She brings over 20 years of real estate experience and has been inside more than 5,000 homes, which gives her a sharp eye for spotting water issues that others might miss.

From day one, Deanne settled in quickly and was eager to learn and take on more. She takes real pride in helping families protect their biggest investment, and homeowners can tell she cares about getting it right.

We're so glad to have you on the team, Deanne. Here's to another great year ahead!

1st, 2nd, AND 3rd 🏆🏆🏆

People from all over Michigan entered the Michigan Marvels Mosaic Challenge, and our team swept the whole podium. Chelsea’s Mackinac Island piece took 1st, Jalayla’s Detroit piece took 2nd, and Katie’s Great Lakes piece took 3rd.

They paid for it in cut fingers, but it was worth it. Huge congrats, ladies 👏🏼

Chili cook-off day is one of our favorite days of the year, and this one did not disappoint 🌶️

We had our team, our vendors, and a lot of the partners we work with all in one spot. Good food, a lot of laughing, and some very serious opinions about chili.

Thanks to everyone who came out and brought a pot. Congrats to Ed and Elizabeth for winning first place🥇, and to Kyle for third. We’re already looking forward to next year.
