I did this floor and vanity redo in Charlotte NC, home built in 1966, lead toilet pipe, I installed a new pvc fl**ge, the vanity pipe was leaking and just crumble, so I replaced that with brass and a new shut off valve, the floor was a mudbed that was crumbling, so I removed that and put 3/4" plywood and cement board on that, I installed the beautiful Carrera marble basket weave mosaics from The Tile Shop, I was able to salvage some floor tile and swap out the tumblers at vanity and removed the ceramic paper holder. This project had many challenges, but we overcame and delivered another great job, the clients were just wonderful to work for, and their pets are awesome, Jericho and me got along famously, I didn't get a pic of the cat Neptune, he was cool. On to the next project, making NC prettier one job at a time.

This 66 year old mud floor in Charlotte NC was crumbling, the toilet fl**ge was cracked, so I removed the fl**ge, we'll install a new one after the new tile is installed, I removed the mudbed down to the joists, it was lowered to accommodate the mud, I installed 3/4" plywood over that, and 1/2" cement board over that, now we have a rock solid substrate to put our Carrera marble mosaics on
