A great day out on the course for an even greater cause! ⛳🐾 As a Lifesaver Sponsor of the recent Humane Society for Greater Nashua Rally for a Cause, hosted by the Nashua Country Club Women's Golf Organization, our very own Jon Halle and friends enjoyed a beautiful day of golf, community connection, and support for the incredible work HSFN does for pets and their families. It was a wonderful opportunity to support a valued client, connect with fellow community partners, and contribute to a cause that positively impacts pets and families across Greater Nashua.

As summer comes to a close, we'd like to extend our sincere gratitude to interns Taylor Bourne and Willa Marino for their hard work and contributions during their time spent with Warrenstreet.

Both students at Endicott College, Taylor is in her junior year working towards her BFA in Architecture and Willa is in her sophomore year working towards her BFA in Interior Architecture. Contributing wonderful energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude that made them each a pleasure to work with, we're grateful for everything they contributed and are proud to have played a small role in their professional development.

We wish you both a fun, safe, and successful academic year and look forward to following your continued growth as you pursue the exciting design careers that lie ahead!

This week we sadly but proudly bid farewell to employees Beth Marsh and Jack Losse as they embark on their next architectural adventure. Beth, pursuing her graduate degree at Roger Williams University and Jack his graduate degree at Norwich University. Together we enjoyed one final staff luncheon complete with some treats, sweets and a fun Christmas in July game that kept us all smiling. 😊

While their tenures with Warrenstreet were not as long as we might have hoped, the impact they have had on our projects and our office culture has been significant. Their hard work, talent, and pleasant personalities have left a lasting impression, and they will both be greatly missed.

Beth and Jack, thank you for everything you have contributed to our firm. We are proud to have been part of your professional journey and look forward to watching your continued growth and success. We wish you the very best and you will forever be part of the Warrenstreet family!

What a remarkable preservation and restoration project Warrenstreet had the opportunity to be involved with. This brief photo montage only begins to capture the full transformation of the historic 1894 Gale School, and the tremendous amount of effort, dedication, and collaboration required to bring this landmark from relocation to rebirth. By preserving its historic character while thoughtfully adapting it for modern use, the project has created a vibrant new community hub for Lakes Region Community Developers that will serve the residents of Belknap County for generations to come.

Today we recognize Hunter Haht-Acres, as he wraps up his summer internship with Warrenstreet. An architecture student at Roger Williams University returning this Fall to begin his graduate studies, Hunter has proven to be a talented, creative and hard-working individual committed to his future profession and the communities it serves. A multi-year recipient of scholarship awards through the partnership of Plan NH and the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, we were honored to be there to celebrate his most recent scholarship recognition and are proud to cheer him on in his continued growth and successes.

We started the day with some delicious treats followed by a lunchtime BBQ as small tokens of our appreciation for all his hard work and contributions to our team these past couple of months. We wish you all the best as you begin this exciting new chapter Hunter and can’t wait to see where your architectural journey takes you next!

We're excited to share our project, the Rockingham County Municipal Complex in Brentwood, NH has been honored with a 2026 Plan NH Merit Award of Excellence!

Situated on 25 acres within the County's 50-acre campus, this 110,000 square-foot complex brings essential public services including the County Sheriff's Office, Emergency Operations and Dispatch Center, Department of Corrections, County Attorney's Office, Registry of Deeds, and County Commissioners together under one roof, in a secure, efficient, and accessible environment.

Results and recognitions like this are only made possible through strong partnerships and collaboration. We're incredibly thankful to the leadership and staff at Rockingham County, NH for their trust and shared vision and for the many consultants and contributors on our team that helped deliver this impressive, sustainable, community focused project!

Still scheduled for completion in September, excitement builds as progress continues on the Humane Society for Greater Nashua addition and renovation!

As the building exterior nears completion and interior finishes continue to advance, the new clinic, operating rooms, training areas, and support spaces are coming to life. Together, these spaces will create a welcoming and modern environment that enhances animal care, better supports staff, and expands the organization’s capacity to serve the community.

Once operations have transitioned into the new facility, renovations to the existing shelter will begin, with completion anticipated next spring. Grateful for the continued efforts of Project Architect, Scott Donovan, HSGN staff, supporters and the Harvey Construction team for making this truly rewarding project a reality!

This 1960s lake Winnipesaukee Cottage is getting a sunny and bright renovation. The kitchen was relocated to the lakeside to capture the gorgeous views. People may even volunteer to do the dishes now!
