Today's objective has come to a finished product

From beginning of the day by removing the old rotted, wood stringers, trim boards, and treads, which was turning into quite a dangerous situation. From there started installing new trim board and cut the stringers as well as having to cut the concrete to match both sides accordingly. Once the stringers and trim was installed, jacked up the railings and then finished with the treads and kickplates.

Brush clearing the pond with the family. We ended up finding a muskrat burrow and filled it in.

I was wondering why the pond was dropping so low and those rodents will definitely do the damage alongside their buddy the Beaver.

Trapper Bob handled the Beaver invasion now it's just cleaning it up and getting the pond back into being open. Although the bio life in the pond shows that it is very healthy and thriving as the ecosystem it still needs a bit of cleaning.

Good morning and may the day be a great one for everyone.

For those that need an on-call maintenance contractor feel free to reach out looking to add another complex to the roster.

Current apartment building I contract maintenance I fixed just about everything and don't have much maintenance left to do for it other than the occasional tenant mishap.

Jobs are still coming in for repairs and remodels but would like to partner with another owner to help them with their building needs.
