Painted-over wallpaper on old plaster walls: one of the trickiest jobs in a Main Line home.

Paint seals the paper, so it doesn't come off clean. As you can see here, it peels in patches and can pull at the plaster underneath. Push too hard and you're repairing walls instead of refreshing them.

Our in-house crew knows when to keep stripping and when to stop. When full removal would damage the plaster, we seal what's left and skim-coat it smooth, so you get a flawless, paint-ready wall without tearing up the original plaster.

We're hiring! Patch and Paint Pros is looking for painters to join our in-house crew right away. We have openings for both Entry Level Painters and Lead Painters.

We're looking for guys who work hard, respect our clients, and take pride in their work. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.

**Entry Level Painter**
- No experience? That's OK. You need to be willing to learn and reliable
- We train you on prep, patching, cutting in, and rolling
- Learn how we keep a clean, respectful job site in every home
- Pay: Starts at $15 to $20 an hour

**Lead Painter**
- Experienced painter who can run a job site
- Handles the job from prep through finish
- Comfortable working with high-end Main Line homeowners
- Helps train the newer guys on the crew
- Pay: Starts at $25 to $35 an hour

**Requirements (both roles):** Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
