A little kitchen appreciation because there’s a LOT to love in 248 Castleberry. 🤍
We kept things warm and classic to carry that European-inspired feel throughout the home, while making sure the kitchen flowed naturally into the surrounding spaces. One of our favorite decisions? Putting the sink right in front of the window to take advantage of that view. Because if you have to do the dishes, this isn’t a bad place to do them. 🤭

Apparently even on a trip, I’m still looking at interior design inspo 😂🤍 But this is genuinely one of my favorite ways to find inspiration when working on a project. We put just as much thought into how this home would feel walking up to it as we did once you stepped inside. We wanted it to have character from the very beginning, and we love how the arches, contrast, and more traditional details give you a little hint of what’s waiting inside. 🥰

Fully custom homes have become such a big part of what we do, and honestly, getting to create them from the ground up has become one of our favorite parts of the job. 🤍

We basically designed the Highland Chateau kitchen like we were designing our own dream kitchen. 🤭 We put so much thought into how it would look and function, down to details you probably wouldn’t even think about at first glance.

The Alba Petra marble countertops are obviously a favorite 🤤 but then you have things like hidden spice storage built into the range hood and an awning window opening the kitchen up to the patio. And now someone actually gets to call this their kitchen! 🥹🤍 Comment “Highland” and we’ll send you the listing.

A little BTS from shoot day at 252 Castleberry. 🤭🤍 Final photo days are always a little bit of everything. Checking details we’ve worked on for months are finished just right, making last-minute tweaks, getting every room ready for the camera, moving things around approximately 100 times and having plenty of fun while we’re doing it.😂

And since we somehow managed to have the WHOLE team there for once, a group picture was non-negotiable!🥰

A finished look at the exterior of Highland Chateau. 🤍 You’ve seen pieces of this home throughout the process, but we’re so excited to finally show you everything finished, starting with the exterior!

At over 4,000 sq. ft., there is A LOT to see inside this one. Our modern take on French country, with arches, mouldings, feature ceilings, beautiful stone and marble, and so many details we’ve been waiting to show you properly. We’ll take you inside next! Villa De Rosa is definitely a home that rewards you for looking a little closer. 🤭🤍

The big design moments are fun, but we also put a lot of thought into the things that quietly make a space feel complete. How materials meet, where an arch or wood detail could add interest, which tile deserved to have its moment, and where we needed to pull things back so another detail could shine. There’s personality everywhere you look, but every detail still feels like it belongs to the same home. 🥰

It’s a little crazy looking back at where Highland Chateau started compared to where it is today. 🥹🤍 We had a dream for this one from the beginning. We wanted to create a home that felt different, take a few creative risks, and really let ourselves have fun with the details. And even though this was a spec home, we never wanted it to feel like a house that was simply built to sell. We wanted it to feel like someone’s dream home before we even knew who that someone was. 🥰

So seeing the original renderings next to the real thing never gets old. We put so much love and thought into this home, and we’re pretty excited to find out who gets to make all of it theirs. 🤍 Highland Chateau is currently for sale! Comment “Highland” and we’ll send you the listing. ✨
