Meet the Owners
Carrie & Tyler Wigner
No sugar coating, no corporate training. Just a husband and a wife with a dream.
Every business has a story. Ours started long before Arctic Air Conditioning ever had a name.
Carrie and Tyler Wigner are a husband-and-wife team, parents, and the owners of Arctic Air Conditioning. What they are building today represents much more than heating and air conditioning—it represents how far they’ve come and the future they’re determined to create for their family.
Tyler’s road to becoming a business owner wasn’t always an easy one. He lost his mother at just seven years old and grew up facing circumstances that could have easily sent his life in a different direction. Those experiences taught him at an early age that nothing in life is guaranteed and that if he wanted something different for his future, he would have to build it himself.
As he got older, that determination turned into a drive to succeed—not just financially, but as a husband, father, employer, and member of his community.
And beside him through the journey has been Carrie.
Together, Carrie and Tyler built a family, took chances, worked through difficult seasons, and eventually made the decision to bet on themselves.
In 2023, Arctic Air Conditioning was born.
There was no guarantee it would work. Building a company meant long days, late nights, missed dinners, financial risks, difficult decisions, and learning lessons the hard way. There were times when Tyler worked from daylight until dark while Carrie helped keep their family and the bigger vision moving forward.
But quitting wasn’t part of the plan.
One customer became another. One job became another. The phone started ringing more. The team began growing. Trucks were added. Employees were hired. And what started as an idea began becoming a company that local families could depend on.
Today, Arctic Air Conditioning represents something Carrie and Tyler are incredibly proud of—but they also know the story is far from finished.
Their goal isn’t simply to build a successful HVAC company. They want to create careers for their employees, opportunities for their family, and a company that genuinely contributes to the community that helped make its growth possible.
They want their children to grow up seeing firsthand what can happen when you work hard, take responsibility for your future, treat people right, and refuse to allow where you started to determine where you finish.
That’s why Arctic Air operates on a straightforward set of values:
Do what you say you’re going to do.
Take care of your customers.
Take care of your employees.
Stand behind your work.
Never forget where you came from.
For Carrie and Tyler, every Arctic Air truck on the road, every employee wearing the uniform, and every family who trusts the company with their home represents another chapter in a story they once could only imagine.
Arctic Air Conditioning isn’t just a business.
It’s proof that your beginning doesn’t have to determine your ending.
It’s their family’s future.
It’s an opportunity to help other families build better futures of their own.
And most importantly, it’s a legacy Carrie and Tyler Wigner are building together—one customer, one employee, and one day at a time.
