MHC by the bay we specialize in manufactured home financing. we reprensent several diferent lenders We specialize in manufactured home financing.

We represent several different lenders that have many different finance options such as land and home, land-in lieu, chattel home only, and bank repo financing. Most important, lenders are looking for customers who have the ability to repay the home, not necessarily their credit. Therefore, they are also looking at factors such as debt-to-income ratios (bills), job stability, and residential history. Part of our job is to present your application to our lenders in a way that they will approve you; we do that better than anybody! What we like to do is take a quick application over the phone to submit it to different lenders that we represent, then set an appointment to show you all the different homes you qualify for.
