We tackled a water heater replacement this week! 💧 We swapped out an old unit and upgraded the setup by adding a thermal expansion tank to protect the new system from pressure buildup and extend its lifespan.🛠
While we were there, she mentioned a leak, and Adam noticed her glass shower door handle was loose and practically falling off. Since Adam has known her for nearly 30 years.....dating back to when he was 13 years old and working jobs with his dad. we couldn't just leave it like that. Adam got it tightened and squared away before we left. Taking care of lifelong Customer friends is what it's all about! ❤😍 ‼️

Out at a local medical office today taking care of some exterior maintenance! 🩺 We replaced some damaged wood, fascia, and soffit along the covered patient drop-off port, followed by professional caulking and a fresh coat of paint to keep everything looking sharp and protected against the elements.

Another busy day helping our clients keep their properties looking and functioning their best! We tackled some high-reaching window wood rot repair (nothing a tall ladder and some careful craftsmanship can't handle) and fixed up a section of chain-link fence after a fallen tree branch did some damage.
From outdoor repairs to high windows, Southern Fix-It has you covered. Reach out for your next project! ‼️

A brand-new house doesn't always mean a functional layout! We went in to completely revamp this brand-new pantry because the original setup just wasn't working for him.

Before ➡️ After! 🚿
Nothing finishes off a custom tile shower quite like clean, frameless glass. We installed this custom glass enclosure featuring matte black hardware to tie the whole space together.
