David Schmidt Construction

David Schmidt Construction Roofing, painting, siding, framing and building. Specialized in roofing in Virginia. I mostly spend time in the spring and summer on projects.

Important note: Starting in 2019 I became a full time teacher, so construction is my part time gig now. I offer free estimates, I guarantee my work, and am insured. Call, text, facebook, or talk to me in person, I'd love to give you a free estimate. Countless references available! For 7 years I've roofed down in Virginia, I specialized in roofing including reroofs, new construction and repairs (architectural shingles). I learned from some of the best roofers in the state. The next two years my best friend and I started our own roofing business and completed 30 whole roofs in a 15 week period (during summers) and countless repairs. Before moving to Virginia I framed with my uncles, helping build multiple homes. After moving back to western New York, I've decided to continue my construction business. In 2016 I built my own house, doing much of the work myself and with the help of family and friends.
