Today was our last day at the 5-7 mansion street apartments project.

What an incredible transformation! We took this historic building, originally built in 1867, and completely transformed it into 8 beautiful apartments. This project included reframing all of the ceilings, walls, and floors, giving the entire building a new life while maintaining its historic character. From the framing to the finished spaces, this was a major renovation that turned an old building into modern, functional living spaces. We’re proud of the work our team put into bringing this project back to life within 6 months!

Another amazing transformation in the books! We turned this home from 2 bedrooms and 1½ baths into 6 bedrooms and 3½ baths. 🏡🔨

All framing is complete, and all of our subcontractors have finished their rough-ins. We’re officially ready for Sheetrock!

We’re proud of how this project has come together, and we have several more exciting projects in the works that we’ll be sharing soon. Stay tuned!

5-7 Mansion Street Project

We have completed reframing the floors, walls, and ceilings, establishing the new structural layout for the space while maintaining the building’s original character. Our subcontractors have already begun work and are making steady progress, moving the project forward and preparing the interior for the next phase of construction.
